The Prosecco Frizzante DOC Treviso of Costaruél is the most casual and most immediately accessible expression in the Lovadina family's range — completing the portfolio with the lightest, most spontaneous, and most convivially uncomplicated style of Prosecco production. Produced from Glera with Verdiso and Bianchetta — the traditional variety complement historically part of the Prosecco blend — the wine maintains a connection to the older, more diverse variety tradition of the Treviso hills.
Natural fermentation produces the frizzante effervescence: softer and more delicate than pressurised autoclave production, creating a semi-sparkling wine of gentle character. The natural yeast remaining in the bottle acts as a natural preservative, allowing minimum additions while maintaining freshness and character. The pale colour and natural freshness make it ideal for warm-weather occasions.
