The Tenute Cuffaro estate occupies a plateau on the Scala dei Turchi — sheltered on all sides by rolling hills, not far from the sea — where medium-textured, humus-rich soil and ideal ventilation produce grapes of natural health and aromatic concentration. The Catarratto vine is one of Sicily's most widely cultivated indigenous grapes, but the quality of its expression varies significantly with the conditions in which it is grown. On the Cuffaro plateau, with its combination of sun exposure, ventilation, and organic soil management, it produces something worth attention.

In the glass, Giovanni presents with a vibrant straw yellow colour and greenish hues that signal freshness and youth.
