Aciniell' is the most singular white wine in the Fratelli Addimanda portfolio — a wine produced from 100% Roviello Bianco, an autochthonous variety of such genuine rarity that it stands apart even within the already specialised landscape of Campanian indigenous white varieties. The family of Gianluigi, Franco, and Olga Addimanda tends their vineyards in Taurasi at 1,300 feet above sea level, on volcanic deposits and limestone, and it is from this specific high-altitude terroir that the Roviello Bianco draws its mineral character and aromatic definition.

The production process is one of careful, minimal intervention. The grapes are harvested when fully ripe, transported quickly to the cellar, carefully selected, then destemmed, crushed, and subject to temperature-controlled fermentation. After fermentation, the wine is racked into stainless steel where it ages for approximately ten months on the fine lees — a period sufficient to develop the complexity and texture that this indigenous variety requires to fully express itself.

The resulting wine is straw yellow with a light golden hue — a colour of genuine warmth that signals a wine of body and presence despite its relatively delicate aromatic profile. The nose is intense and persistent, with clear mineral and fruity hints that reflect both the variety's character and the specific mineral richness of the volcanic and limestone Taurasi soils at altitude.

On the palate, Aciniell' is dry yet with great intensity — the combination of dryness and intensity that marks whites of genuine substance. The excellent persistence in the mouth is one of its most distinctive qualities, extending the mineral and fruity experience well beyond what the first impression might suggest. Warm and savoury with good acid consistency, it is a wine of real individuality that rewards the adventurous palate.
