Request a quoteThe Costaruél Prosecco line was born in 2008 from the desire of the Lovadina family to enhance the traditions of their territory — where the family finds its roots, nourishing the passion for quality. The canteen produces prestigious wines through noble grapes cultivated in estate vineyards situated on the gentle hills of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area, or sourced from well-selected local growers working in close relationship with the Lovadina family.
All equipment and processing methods allow work according to the most modern criteria while respecting the traditions of one of Italy's most vocationally gifted viticultural zones. Costaruél Gocce di Perle — Drops of Pearls — is the production that expresses the preciousness of the raw materials used and the attention to detail in both bottle and label design. The pearls, their luminous colour and refinement, recall the fine and elegant perlage. The drops, also spherical in form, echo the same perlage — as if drops of pearls were precious sips to savour.
The estate produces five expressions of Prosecco DOCG across the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene designation, each representing a distinct personality of this beloved sparkling wine category. The BRUT is the most contemporary expression, preferred by lovers of natural-style spumante and appreciated internationally for its pronounced acidity from lower residual sugar.
The EXTRA DRY is the most traditional expression — combining varietal aromaticity with the sapidity exalted by bubbles. This is the variant that established the Prosecco category globally. The MILLESIMATO DRY — Le Dolcirive — is strictly a vintage wine, its taste redolent with the flavours and aromas of that specific year's harvest.
The CARTIZZE DRY is the estate's most prestigious expression — from the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Cartizze subzone, the most celebrated cru within the Prosecco world. A rich bouquet of notes of apple, apricot, pear, and rose with great elegance; straw yellow, dense mousse, fine perlage; aromatic, soft and fresh, fruity and full-flavoured on the palate.
