Quali dati raccogliamo
1. Dati di navigazione. Il server che ospita il sito (Hostinger) registra automaticamente dati tecnici come indirizzo IP, data e ora della richiesta e tipo di browser, per motivi di sicurezza e funzionamento. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse.
2. Clic sui pulsanti di contatto. Nella pagina offerta, quando premi un pulsante WhatsApp o e-mail registriamo: data e ora, pulsante premuto, pagina e sito di provenienza, eventuali parametri della campagna (utm), tipo di dispositivo, sistema operativo e browser, dimensioni dello schermo, lingua e fuso orario del browser, tempo trascorso sulla pagina, percentuale di pagina visualizzata e i siti del portfolio aperti. Dal tuo indirizzo IP ricaviamo il paese e la città approssimativi tramite il servizio ipwho.is; l’indirizzo IP viene poi conservato solo in forma troncata (es. 93.45.12.0). Servono a capire quali richieste di contatto riceviamo e da dove. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse. Conservazione: massimo 24 mesi.
3. Statistiche (Yandex Metrica). Il sito usa Yandex Metrica (Yandex) per misurare le visite e, tramite la funzione Webvisor, registrare come vengono usate le pagine (clic, scorrimento, movimenti sulla pagina). Yandex Metrica imposta propri cookie. I dati possono essere trattati su server situati anche al di fuori dell’Unione Europea. Puoi bloccare questi cookie dalle impostazioni del browser o con un'estensione anti-tracciamento.
4. Messaggi che ci invii. Se ci scrivi via WhatsApp o e-mail, trattiamo i dati che ci comunichi per risponderti. I messaggi transitano attraverso i servizi di WhatsApp (Meta) o del tuo provider e-mail, secondo le rispettive informative.
5. Caratteri tipografici. Il sito carica i caratteri da Google Fonts: il tuo browser si collega ai server di Google, che ricevono il tuo indirizzo IP.

What we collect
1. Browsing data. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically logs technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request and browser type, for security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
2. Clicks on contact buttons. On the offer page, when you press a WhatsApp or e-mail button we record: date and time, the button pressed, the page and referring site, campaign parameters (utm), device type, operating system and browser, screen size, browser language and time zone, time spent on the page, how much of the page you viewed and which portfolio sites you opened. From your IP address we derive your approximate country and city via the ipwho.is service; the IP address is then stored only in truncated form (e.g. 93.45.12.0). This helps us understand the contact requests we receive. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: up to 24 months.
3. Statistics (Yandex Metrica). The site uses Yandex Metrica (Yandex) to measure visits and, through its Webvisor feature, record how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, on-page movement). Yandex Metrica sets its own cookies. Data may be processed on servers located outside the European Union. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with an anti-tracking extension.
4. Messages you send us. If you contact us via WhatsApp or e-mail, we process the data you provide in order to reply. Messages pass through WhatsApp (Meta) or your e-mail provider under their own privacy policies.
5. Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts: your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address.
